WHITE CHIP PEANUT-PRETZEL CLUSTERS

Steps:
- In a large heavy saucepan, melt baking chips and peanut butter over medium-low heat; stir until smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining ingredients., Drop by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper; let stand until set. Store in an airtight container.

Steps:
- COVER baking sheets with waxed paper; set aside. Place chocolate in medium microwaveable bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) 2 min., stirring after each minute Cool slightly.
- ADD remaining ingredients; toss to coat. Drop tablespoonfuls of the marshmallow mixture into 16 clusters on prepared baking sheets.
- REFRIGERATE 1 hour or until set. Serve in miniature muffin cup liners.

I always love to have something on hand to give out when people stop in for a holiday. I like to put this is small candy bags and tie with ribbon and hand out when people leave. Everyone always enjoys when I make this.

- Prepare two baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside. In a large bowl, mix together chocolate chips, peanut butter chips, butter, and peanut butter.
- Microwave on low power for 1-2 minutes, stirring every 20 seconds, until smooth (be careful not to scorch the chocolate!) You could also put everything in a double boiler to melt.
- Drop spoonfuls of mixture onto prepared baking sheets. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, or until chocolate has set.
