Quick and Easy Brownies image

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch pan.
  • Combine the melted butter, sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla, eggs, flour, baking powder, and salt. Spread the batter into the prepared pan. Decorate with walnut halves, if desired.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with crumbs, not wet. Cool on wire rack.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine cocoa and baking soda; blend 1/3 cup melted butter. Add boiling water; stir until well blended. Stir in sugar, eggs and remaining butter. Add flour, vanilla and salt. Stir in pecans and chocolate chunks. , Pour into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan. Bake 35-40 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan. Cool.

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in vanilla and egg whites, one at a time. In a small bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture. Spread into an 8-in. square baking pan coated with cooking spray., Bake until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 20-25 minutes. Quick Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies image

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Melt the chocolate chips, butter, and peanut butter together in the top of a double boiler over simmering water, stirring frequently and scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula to avoid scorching. Stir vanilla into chocolate mixture.
  • Stir flour, sugar, eggs, baking soda, and salt into the chocolate mixture. Fold walnuts into batter. Pour batter into prepared baking dish.
  • Bake brownies in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist chunks on it, but not wet, about 30 minutes. Cool to room temperature before cutting into squares.

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C/ 400 degrees F/ Gas 6.
  • Using a little of the sunflower oil, grease and line a 9" shallow cake tin.
  • Melt the chocolate with the remaining oil in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth.
  • Beat the eggs lightly, then add to the chocolate, stirring vigorously. Beat in the flour, sugar and vanilla essence and pour into the prepared tin.
  • Arrange the pecans on the top and bake for 10 minutes ( if you like a chewy brownie) if you like a more cake like brownie bake for an extra 5 minutes.
  • Cut into squares and leave in the tin to cool.
