BERRY BERRY LEMONADE
We serve this refreshing tea daily on our U-pick organic blueberry farm and get rave reviews and requests for the recipe. You can strain the tea or leave in the tasty bits of blueberry.-Delores Green, Monticello, Florida

Steps:
- Place tea bags in a 4-cup glass measuring cup. Add boiling water; steep 3-5 minutes according to taste. Discard tea bags. Cool tea slightly. Place blueberries in a small food processor; process until pureed., In a large pitcher, combine tea and sugar, stirring to dissolve sugar. Stir in cold water, lemonade concentrate, lemon slices and blueberries. Refrigerate until chilled. Serve over ice.

RED AND BLUE LEMONADE COCKTAIL
This refreshing cocktail, made with limoncello, is also delicious without any alcohol. Red and blue berries add a pop of color for a patriotic touch.

Steps:
- Fill a bowl with water, add 1 sliced lemon. Freeze completely, about 4 hours.
- In large pitcher or glass drink dispenser, add lemonade concentrate. Pour in sparkling water. Mix well.
- Remove bowl from freezer. Dip bowl into warm water, and turn ice out. Put ice in pitcher of lemonade mixture. Add other sliced lemon, berries and mint leaves.
- Pour into glasses, and add 1 oz limoncello to each.

- In a large bowl, dissolve sugar and gelatin in boiling water. In a blender, combine pineapple juice and strawberries; cover and process until blended. Add to gelatin mixture. Stir in concentrates and cold water. Cover and freeze for 8 hours or overnight. , Remove from the freezer 45 minutes before serving. For each serving, combine 1/2 cup slush mixture with 1/2 cup lemon-lime soda; stir well.

- In a large container, dissolve gelatin in boiling water; stir in sugar until dissolved. Add the pineapple juice, ginger ale, water and lemon juice. Add food coloring if desired.
