RICH-N-CREAMY BANANA PUDDING
Goodness! We made this for a friend's birthday... and folks have been asking us about it ever since! Not only did the Southern birthday boy give it a thumbs-up, but so did every single party guest. Yum!

Steps:
- 1. Combine the pudding with the milk and mix together for approximately 2 minutes.
- 2. Gradually fold in the sweetened condensed milk.
- 3. Gradually fold in the whipped topping.
- 4. Slice bananas into 1/4 inch thickness.
- 5. Layer a 9 x 13 dish with the vanilla wafers; then the pudding mixture; and then the banana slices. Then repeat for the 2nd layer. You can crush up the remaining vanilla wafers and scatter on the top if you like.
- 6. Let refrigerate for several hours. Overnite is better, but I have made this early in the morning for a pot-luck at work, and it's great at lunch.

- Repeat layering twice, ending with pudding.
- Chill thoroughly.
- Garnish as desired.
- Refrigerate leftovers.

- Fold in whipped cream. Spoon 1 cup pudding mixture into 2 1/2-quart glass serving bowl.
- Top with one-third each of the vanilla wafers, bananas and remaining pudding. Repeat layering twice, ending with pudding mixture. Chill thoroughly. Garnish as desired. Store leftovers covered in refrigerator.

There are several like this one, but my MIL has made this for years, and it is a real hit for our family. It is also about as rich as we would ever want. It came from the First United Methodist Church of Euless, Texas, cookbook.

Steps:
- Prepare pudding according to package directions, using 3 cups of milk. Add sweetened condensed milk and fold in whipped topping.
- Line bottom and sides of a 9X13 inch dish with vanilla wafers. Cover wafers completely with sliced bananas. Overlap them a bit.
- Pour prepared pudding mixture over wafers and bananas. Chill and serve.
- If desired, layers can be made.

- Add pudding and mix with mixer until blended.
- Put in refrigerator for 5 minutes.
- Add 1 CUP Cool Whip to mixture and mix with mixer.

- Top with Cool Whip.
