- In a large nonstick skillet, brown sausage links. Transfer to a 3-qt. slow cooker. Add the spaghetti sauce, tomatoes, green pepper, onion, garlic and Italian seasoning., Cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Stir in pasta. Cover and cook on high for 30-40 minutes or until pasta is tender.

- Brown Italian sausage for 8-10 min. Once sausage is done, drain any fat and then add half of one bottle of the spaghetti sauce to it. Let it simmer for 1-2 min.
- In a bowl combine ricotta cheese, cream cheese and Italian seasoning. Stir until smooth. Spray crock pot with cooking spray. Then layer the ingredients until crock pot is full. Start with a layer of spaghetti sauce, then sausage, then add pasta and cover with tomato sauce, then ricotta cheese mixture and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
- I repeated 2 more times. Cook on high for 2 hours, then stir mixture together and turn down to low to cook for 1 more hour. Before serving, put one more layer of shredded cheese on top. It will melt in a minute or so.
