A fun breakfast bake! Apple and cinnamon pancake batter bakes around sausage links, similar to pigs in blankets, the breakfast diner favorite.

- Heat oven to 450°F. Grease square baking dish, 8x8x2 inches. Brown sausages as directed on package.
- Stir Bisquick, milk, cinnamon and egg until blended. Stir in apple. Pour into dish; arrange sausages on top.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until light brown. Serve with syrup.

Steps:
- Preheat over to 400 degs.
- Brown & drain sausage on paper towels.
- In a large bowl combine baking mix, milk,egg,sugar,melted butter,cinnamon & nutmeg until blended. Stir in the apple.
- Spread in greased 9" pie plate.
- Arrange sausage in spoke fashion on top. (don't poke them in or they'll disapper on you while baking.
- Bake 15-20 minutes or till golden.
- Serve with butter & syrup.

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
- Put butter in a 9-inch pie pan. Place pan in the preheating oven until butter is melted, 5 to 10 minutes.
- Whisk flour, milk, eggs, white sugar, and salt together in a bowl; pour mixture into the hot butter.
- Bake in the preheated oven until pancake is brown on the edges and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 20 to 24 minutes. Squeeze lemon over pancake and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.

- In a bowl, beat eggs until very light. Add salt, flour and milk; beat well. Thoroughly rub bottom and sides of a 10-in. cast-iron or other heavy skillet with butter. - In a large skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain and set aside. In a large bowl, beat the egg, milk and oil. Stir in pancake mix and cinnamon just until moistened. Fold in apple and sausage. , Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a lightly greased hot griddle; turn when bubbles from on top. Cook until second side is golden brown., For syrup, combine the sugar, cornstarch and pumpkin pie spice in a saucepan. Gradually stir in cider and lemon juice until smooth. - Melt butter in an 8 inch oven proof skillet or casserole.
- Saute apples in the butter.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Beat eggs until light and fluffy in a medium size bowl.
- Add milk, vanilla and a few dashes of cinnamon.
- Add flour and beat for 30 seconds into a light batter.
- Set aside.
- Mix together the sugar and cinnamon.
- Melt butter in skillet then add sugar mixture.
- Immediately add sliced apples stirring to coat evenly.
- Cook apples 3 minutes on medium heat, stirring to coat.
- Remove from heat and pour in egg batter, arranging the apples evenly on top.
- Sprinkle with a little more cinnamon.
- Bake in a 425 degree oven for 13-15 minutes (it will puff up).
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
- Cut into 4 wedges and serve hot with lemon wedges and butter, or with maple syrup (or both).
