No more dry, lackluster burgers. These are juicy, and spices can be easily added or changed to suit anyone's taste. Baste frequently with your favorite barbeque sauce. If you find the meat mixture too mushy, just add more bread crumbs until it forms patties that hold their shape.

- Preheat grill for high heat.
- In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, egg, bread crumbs, evaporated milk, Worcestershire sauce, cayenne pepper, and garlic using your hands. Form the mixture into 8 hamburger patties.
- Lightly oil the grill grate. Grill patties 5 minutes per side, or until well done.

Steps:
- Season the pound of hamburg and make patties.
- Brown them in a little butter in a skillet and place them in a baking dish.
- In the same skillet, mix and heat through the can of mushroom soup, the cooking sherry, and pour over the patties.
- Bake in a pre-heated 375 degree oven for 15 minutes.

SHERYL CROW'S SHERRY VINEGAR GASTRIQUE
Most commonly used to glaze meat and poultry. Drizzle this over fresh strawberries or creamy goat cheese to tweak their flavors. It's also a great glaze for sweet potatoes. Gotten from Rachael Ray's show, where Sheryl Crow was a guest.

Steps:
- In a small saucepan, combine the vinegar, sugar, and salt and bring to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally as the mixture heats. Let the mixture boil for 10-12 minutes or until reduced by half.
- Reduce the heat to low so the vinegar simmers. Stir in the thyme, sage, bay leaf, rosemary, and peppercorns and let the gastrique simmer for 3-4 minutes. Remove from the heat and set aside to cool for 10 minutes.
- Strain the gastrique into a glass bowl and let it cool to room temperature. At this point, the gastrique should be the consistency of light syrup, and thick enough to coat the back of a spoon . Use right away or cover and store at room temperature for up to 10 days. Enjoy!

- Use kitchen shears to cut the links into 1 1/2-inch pieces. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and brown the sausage pieces on all sides, about 5 minutes. Add the Sherry and cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.
- Serve sprinkled with parsley. If the sausage pieces are to be served as a tapas, spear them with toothpicks.

- Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium-low heat and add in the onions. Season with the salt and cook until lightly caramelized, about eight minutes. Add in the maple syrup and continue cooking until the onions are jammy and well caramelized, about 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from the heat and set aside.
- Meanwhile, in a large bowl, combine 1/4 cup of the cooled maple caramelized onions, the beef, egg, bread crumbs, parsley, thyme, summer savory, pepper, and mustard. Using your hands, mix just until combined. Divide the beef into four evenly sized pieces and press into rounds about 2.5 centimeters thick. Sprinkle the outsides of the patties with more salt to season.
- Cook the burgers to your desired doneness. I typically do four minutes on the first side and three minutes on the second, and then I top the burgers with cheese and cook them for an additional one to two minutes.
