Snickers Caramel Apple Salad Recipes
SNICKERS CARAMEL APPLE SALAD
I first sampled this salad at a chili cook-off - perfect! This is a real hit at fall parties. I like to use a mix of green and red apples.

Steps:
- Mix cool whip and dry pudding mix together.
- Chop apples and chilled Snickers.
- Mix together.
- Heat caramel sauce a bit in the microwave- just enough to drizzle, not enough to heat up salad.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over salad and sprinkle peanuts on top.
- Chill for at least an hour-- Voila!

- Whisk vanilla pudding packet, 1/2 cup milk and cool whip together until well combined. Chop up apples and Snickers. Stir chopped apples and Snickers into pudding mixture. Place in a large bowl and drizzle with caramel ice cream topping. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving.

- In 2-quart saucepan, stir together sugar, corn syrup and water. Heat over medium-high heat; DO NOT STIR. Cook about 10 minutes or until sugar turns a dark amber color.
- Add remaining ingredients; beat with whisk until smooth. Pour into heatproof container. Serve with sliced apples for dipping.
