Steps:

  • Heat a large nonstick pan over medium heat. Crumble the chorizo into the pan and cook for 5 minutes, stirring often. Add the diced potatoes and saute for 15 - 20 minutes, until the chorizo is fully cooked and the potatoes are slightly crispy. Spoon the chorizo & potato filling into the tortillas, and top with salsa and sour cream. Enjoy!

  • Heat a large, non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add potatoes and garam masala, and cook, stirring frequently, until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  • Add chickpeas and diced tomatoes. Scrape up any browned bits that have adhered to the pan. Stir and bring to a low boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender, about 25 minutes.

Steps:

  • Follow package directions on the Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion, except substitute butter in place of the vegetable oil called for.
  • Add turmeric and cayenne after potatoes have been cooking for 10 minutes.
  • Stir to mix the spices evenly into the potato mixture.
  • Add spaghetti sauce at end of cooking time and mix in well to coat potatoes evenly.
  • Cook for 2 more minutes.
  • Serve.

Steps:

  • 1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Saute pepper and garlic for 3 minutes or until softened.
  • 2. Add Simply Potatoes. Turn so the potatoes are on the bottom, and the green peppers and garlic are on top. Saute until potatoes on bottom are brown (5 minutes, roughly).
  • 3. Flip the potatoes again and spread the hot pepper jelly over the top. Cover and cook until jelly is melted (approximately 3 minutes).
  • 4. Break up the potato mixture a bit. Top with shredded Gruyere. Turn off heat and re-cover. Let sit for approximately 7 minutes and, if desired, season and/or add toppings of your choosing.
  • 5. Serve.

  • In a sauce pan over medium heat, combine Cream Cheese, Peanut Butter, Soy Sauce and Sriracha. Stir until combined and cream cheese has melted, about 5 minutes. If sauce is too thick ( this will depend on the peanut butter) add between 1-4 Tablespoons of water. The sauce should be a thick, but liquid, consistency.

  • Preheat heavy bottom skillet over medium to medium high heat.
  • In a large bowl, mix prepared horseradish with Simply Potatoes Mashed Potatoes.
