SPINACH DIP IN A BREAD BOWL

- In a large bowl, combine first six ingredients. Chill for at least 1 hour. Cut a 1-1/2-in. slice off the top of the loaf; set aside. Hollow out the bottom part, leaving a thick shell. Cut or tear the slice from the top of the loaf and the bread from inside into bite-sized pieces. , Fill the shell with dip; set on a large platter. Arrange the bread pieces and vegetables around it and serve immediately.

- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and mayonnaise until blended. Stir in the spinach, cheese, bacon, onion, dill and garlic; set aside., Cut a 1-1/2-in. slice off top of bread; set aside. Carefully hollow out bottom, leaving a 1/2-in. shell. Cube removed bread and place on a baking sheet. Broil 3-4 in. from the heat for 1-2 minutes or until golden brown; set aside. , Fill bread shell with spinach dip; replace top. Place any dip that doesn't fit in shell in a greased baking dish. Wrap bread in heavy-duty foil; place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until dip is heated through. Cover and bake additional dip for 40-45 minutes or until heated through. Open foil carefully. Serve dip warm with vegetables and reserved bread cubes.

SPINACH DIP IN FRENCH BREAD
The only thing better than creamy, cheesy spinach dip is creamy, cheesy spinach dip served inside a warm loaf of French bread!

- Heat oven to 350°F. Line cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper. Place French bread dough, seam side down, on cookie sheet. Brush dough with melted butter.
- Bake 17 to 19 minutes or until light golden brown. Carefully hollow out center of loaf by using bread knife to cut out V-shape lengthwise down center of loaf to within 1/2 inch of bottom. (Discard or bake* bread cutout scraps.)
- Meanwhile, cook spinach as directed on box. Drain well; squeeze with paper towel to get out as much liquid as possible. In medium bowl, stir together cooked and drained spinach, cream cheese, 1/2 cup of the Parmesan cheese, the mayonnaise, bell pepper and garlic until well blended. Spoon spinach mixture into hollowed-out French bread loaf.
- Bake 15 minutes; sprinkle with remaining 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese. Bake 3 to 5 minutes longer or until spinach filling is hot and bread is deep golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Cut into slices to serve.

- Cook spinach as directed on package; cool. Squeeze water from spinach; discard water. In large bowl, mix all ingredients except bread. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
- Just before serving, cut a 1- to 2-inch slice from the top of the loaf of bread. Hollow out the loaf by cutting along the edge with a serrated knife, leaving about a 1-inch shell, and pulling out large chunks of bread. Cut or tear the top slice and the hollowed-out bread into bite-size pieces.
- Place bread on serving plate; fill with spinach dip. Arrange bread pieces around loaf to use for dipping.

- Prepare a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil, parchment paper, or a silicon liner (optional - for easy clean up) and set aside.
- For the french bread, cut a large rectangle about 2 inches deep along the entire legnth of the loaf. Remove the rectangle you cut and, if necessary, continue to hollow out the loaf to create a bread bowl. Set loaf onto the prepared baking sheet and set aside.
- Heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add onions and sauté for until softened; about 5 minutes. Then reduce the heat to medium and add the bell pepper and garlic. Cook for another minute or two being careful not to burn the garlic.

- Slice about 2 inches deep through the top of the bread, and continue to cut a large rectangle. Remove top of bread and hollow out 2 inches deep to create a shallow rectangular bread bowl. Set aside.
- Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium high heat. Add onions and sauté for approximately 5 minutes or until soft. Add red bell pepper and garlic and sauté for one minute.
- Stir in spinach, pesto, Worcestershire sauce, paprika, salt, pepper and mayonnaise until well combined and spinach is warmed through. Reduce heat to low and stir in cream cheese until melted. Stir in sour cream, Parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese until combined.
