HEALTHY STEAK STIR-FRY
This is one tasty, healthy way to enjoy your steaks, in a stir-fry!

Steps:
- Mix steak sauce, soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, and brown sugar together in a bowl until sauce is smooth.
- Heat sesame oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat; saute onion and ginger over medium-high heat until onion is lightly browned, 2 to 3 minutes. Add steak, broccoli, mushrooms, and garlic; cook, stirring occasionally, until steak is cooked through and vegetables are soft, about 8 minutes.
- Pour sauce over steak mixture; cook and stir until evenly coated, about 2 minutes.

- Dissolve bouillon in water. Combine the cornstarch and soy sauce until smooth; add to bouillon. Set aside. Toss beef with garlic, ginger and pepper. In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, stir-fry beef in 1 tablespoon oil until meat is no longer pink; remove and keep warm. , Heat remaining 1 tablespoon oil; stir-fry vegetables until crisp-tender. Stir soy sauce mixture and add to the skillet; bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 2 minutes. Return meat to pan and heat through. Serve with rice.

BEEF STIR-FRY

- Season the steak with salt and pepper. In a medium bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, chile pepper, sugar and lime juice until the sugar is dissolved. Add the beef, toss to coat and set aside.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, heat the oil until shimmering, about 1 minute. Add the beef and cook, stirring, until cooked through, 3 to 5 minutes.
- Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside. Allow the liquid in the pan to reduce until thickened, about 4 minutes. Add the garlic and scallions and cook 1 minute more. Add the mushrooms and cook for 2 to 3 minutes more. Add the snow peas, baby corn and bell pepper and continue cooking until all the vegetables are crisp-tender, about 2 minutes. Return the beef to the skillet and toss to combine.

SESAME STEAK STIR-FRY

- Whisk the brown sugar, soy sauce, cornstarch, 2 tablespoons water and 2 teaspoons sesame oil in a bowl. Add the steak and toss.
- Heat a large skillet over high heat; add 2 teaspoons sesame oil. Add the scallions, cucumber and cabbage; stir-fry until the vegetables start softening, about 2 minutes. Add the carrots and 1/4 cup water; cook, stirring, until the water evaporates and the vegetables are tender, 2 to 3 minutes. Transfer to a bowl; wipe out the skillet.
- Heat the remaining 2 teaspoons sesame oil in the skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ginger and jalapenos; stir-fry 30 seconds. Transfer the steak to the skillet using a slotted spoon; stir-fry until browned, 2 to 3 minutes.

- If there's time, place steak in freezer for 10-20 minutes to make slicing easier. Holding knife at 45-degree angle, thinly slice steak. Toss steak with 1 t. soy sauce in small bowl and let stand 10-20 minutes (while preparing vegetables).
- Heat large wok or skillet over high heat 30 seconds. Add oil and swirl to coat surface. Heat just until oil starts to smoke. Add scallion, ginger, and garlic and heat until fragrant, about 20 seconds. Add beef and stir-fry until lightly browned, about 1 minute. Add pepper and peas and stir-fry just until pepper wilts, about 20 seconds. Stir in corn, remaining 2 t. soy sauce, and the oyster sauce.
