BANANA STRAWBERRY PEACH DAIQUIRI
This frozen cocktail will instantly transport you to the tropics. Simply blend together a refreshing combination of ripe strawberries, bananas, and peaches, plus dark rum and orange liqueur. To freeze your own peaches, peel and slice them into 1/4-inch wedges; lay them flat in a freezer bag, and freeze until hard.

- Place ice, strawberries, banana, peach, rum, sour mix, and Cointreau in a blender. Blend until smooth. Adjust consistency by adding more ice or fruit as needed. Garnish with fresh fruit, and serve immediately.

- Do ahead: In a blender, puree the entire can of peaches. Set peach puree aside in a separate bowl/pitcher. Rinse blender bowl and return to base.
- To make 2 cocktail drinks: Juice two limes, and pour juice into blender. Add rum, 5 ounces canned peach puree, strawberries and sugar. Fill serving glass with ice, add ice to blender and repeat, adding another glass of ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into cocktail glasses. Garnish with whipped cream.
