Substitute for Self Rising Flour By Freda image

Steps:

  • 1. Mix all together.
  • 2. Pour into Air tight container.
  • 3. Label and date, use according to your Recipe directions.
  • 4. Enjoy, Saving cents and a few dollars. Makes 4 Cups = 1 lb Self rising Flour.

SMALL BATCH SELF RISNG FLOUR
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 Cup all purpose flour
1/2- 1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp soda
LARGE BATCH SELF RISING FLOUR
4 Cups all purpose flour
4 tsp baking powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
