SWEET DIJON SALAD DRESSING
I love this tangy, sweet salad dressing! Great on any green salad, but especially good on a salad of mixed greens, dried cranberries, and toasted walnuts with just a little feta cheese.

SWEET ONION DRESSING
The dressing was a crowd-pleasing sweet onion recipe that we'd used at Old Lahaina Luau. It's made with a fresh, uncooked sweet onion, that gets puréed with cider vinegar, sugar, Dijon mustard, and oil. Try it on our Maui Kale Salad with cabbage, spicy peanuts, and potato chips.

CREAMY SWEET ONIONS
Well coated with a tangy sour cream and celery seed dressing, these sweet-sour onions can sure dress up a juicy burger. My sister likes to serve them as a side salad when our family gets together in summer up at the lakes. -Ethel Lowey, Fort Frances, Ontario

CHAMPAGNE DIJON VINAIGRETTE
This is a great vinaigrette. You can add dried herbs if you like. I especially like it with mixed vegetable/fruit salads. If champagne vinegar is not available, it is easily homemade with leftover champagne and a few week's setting time. Instructions are included.
