- Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Transfer to a large bowl. Add 1 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan, Romano, eggs, oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. , Press into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Top with spaghetti sauce. Cover and bake at 350° for 20 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella. Bake 10 minutes longer or until heated through and cheese is melted.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 12 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain fat and stir in spaghetti sauce.
- Drain spaghetti and place in a bowl. Add cream cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, and garlic salt. Stir until cream cheese is melted and spaghetti is thoroughly coated. Spread a small amount of meat sauce in the bottom of the prepared baking pan; put spaghetti on top and top with remaining meat sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until bubbly, about 30 minutes.

THREE-CHEESE SPAGHETTI BAKE
I originally found this recipe on allrecipes.com and changed it to fit our tastes. This is so versatile. Add or take away what your family likes or dislikes. The recipe should read 2 jars of spaghetti sauce...I apologize the amount hasn't been showing in the ingredients. I use Ragu or my own.

Steps:
- Brown hamburger until no longer pink with diced red onion.
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain.
- Add 1 cup mozzarella cheese, Parmesan, Romano, eggs, oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Press into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish.
- Spread ground meat and onions over spaghetti. If you decide to add additional ingredients include with the meat layer.
- Top with spaghetti sauce. Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes. Uncover; sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella. Bake 10 minutes longer or until heated through and cheese is melted.

THREE CHEESE BAKED SPAGHETTI
Steps:
- 1. Cook spaghetti (al dente)according to package directions. Drain and return to pan but be sure to remove from the heat. Add butter and stir until butter is melted. Add the other pasta ingredients and stir to combine. Spread pasta mixture in the bottom of a greased 8-inch square baking dish. 2. Brown ground beef with the garlic and onion. Drain grease and return to pan. Add pepper, spaghetti sauce, sugar, and Italian seasoning. Stir well and then pour over the pasta, spreading evenly. Sprinkle cheese on top if desired. 3. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until top cheese is lightly browned and spaghetti is bubbly.
BAKED FOUR-CHEESE SPAGHETTI
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly butter a 9-by-13-inch baking dish.
- Cook the spaghetti in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain well and spread the spaghetti on a baking sheet; let cool.
- In a large bowl, toss the fontina with the Gruyere and mozzarella. Spread half of the spaghetti in the prepared baking dish in an even layer. Sprinkle half of the mixed cheeses and half of the Gorgonzola over the spaghetti and season with salt and pepper. Repeat with another layer of spaghetti, mixed cheeses, Gorgonzola and salt and pepper.
- Bake the spaghetti in the center of the oven until the top is golden brown, about 40 minutes. Let cool slightly before cutting into squares and serving.
THREE CHEESE BAKED SPAGHETTIOS

- 1. Cook Pasta Rings in boiling water according to package directions. Drain and rinse.
- 2. Meanwhile, In a large deep skillet, coat the bottom with olive oil and add the Italian sausage, onion, red pepper, mushrooms and garlic, breaking up the Italian sausage with a large spoon. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- 3. Add the red wine, crushed tomato and the tomato paste, basil, parsley, and oregano. Blend well. Simmer while the pasta finishes cooking.
- 4. Mix together the ring pasta and tomato mixture, the parmesan cheese, and cottage cheese until well combined.
- 5. Spread pasta mixture into a 9x13 glass casserole.
- 6. Now top with the shredded mozzarella and loosely cover with aluminum foil.
- 7. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes covered, then remove foil and bake 10 minutes more, uncovered.
BAKED SPAGHETTI CASSEROLE RECIPE

- Cover and bake at 350 degrees F for 40 minutes. Uncover; bake 20-25 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
