I found this cocktail on the Drinkmixer website. This is a tropical drink for two with a soft pink tint (from the grenadine), which is best served in tiki mugs.

Steps:
- Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until well mixed and the coconut cream has thoroughly blended with the other ingredients.

Steps:
- In a tall glass, combine soda and a couple of mint sprigs. Crush mint. Add juice, mango and light rum; mix. Add ice and top with dark rum. Umbrella optional!

This is a tropical drink for two. It has a soft pink tint (from the grenadine), which is best served in tiki mugs. I don't have tiki mugs, so I served them in my crystal cocktail/martini glasses. It's really delicious though and they always get rave reviews when I make these for my friends.
