EASY MACARONI TUNA CASSEROLE
This dish is super easy. It is also a very hearty delicious bowl of comfort food. The guys in my house loved it. I loved this recipe but I used cream of mushroom soup and added the cheese into the casserole. I also melted butter and added bread crumbs to the top before baking, then sprinkle top lightly with dill seasoning. The resulting casserole was very creamy and flavorful.

KRAFT® MAC AND CHEESE TUNA CASSEROLE
I call this a classic tuna casserole because it is made with a boxed macaroni and cheese and the basic ingredients we all grew up with. This is comfort food at it's best, my two favorites mixed together. This is so good that I took a picture of it after having it for dinner and decided it should be shared on my favorite recipe site. You will love it too.

- Once onions are cooked to medium/well, add can of tuna (which has been drained).
- Cook for a minute or two, stirring.
- Add canned chopped tomatoes, stir and let simmer on a very low setting for about 5 minutes while you finish mac and cheese. Do not overcook as you'll lose the moisture and you don't want that to happen. Cover pan if you like.

- Serve with veggies and sliced bread and butter.

- Boil the pasta in heavily salted water in a 2-quart saucepan according to the package directions.
- Heat the empty saucepan over low heat. Add the butter and cream cheese and melt for 1 minute, stirring frequently, or until the butter is melted and starting to foam. Note: it's ok if the butter and cream cheese look separated. They will melt together completely in the next step.
- Add the cheddar cheese, milk, and salt to the pan. Increase the temperature to medium-low and let the mixture come to a simmer, stirring the mixture as it cooks. Simmer the sauce for 5-6 minutes, continuing to stir every 15-30 seconds or so, or until the sauce is thickened and creamy. Note: you want the sauce to simmer lightly, but not boil or burn. If it starts to boil turn the heat back down to low.
