Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Brush baking sheet with about 1 tablespoon olive oil.
- Arrange tomato slices on the baking sheet. Sprinkle rosemary and garlic over tomatoes and brush with remaining olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven until tomatoes are tender, 5 to 10 minutes.

- In a small skillet, saute garlic in oil for 1 minute. Add bread crumbs; cook and stir until lightly browned. Remove from the heat., Cut tomatoes in half widthwise. Place cut side up in an 8-in. square baking dish. Sprinkle with basil and pepper; top with bread crumb mixture. Bake at 325° for 15-20 minutes or until tomatoes are slightly softened.

- Preheat oven to 400°. Place the asparagus, tomatoes and pine nuts on a foil-lined 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Mix 2 tablespoons oil, garlic, salt and pepper; add to asparagus and toss to coat. , Bake 15-20 minutes or just until asparagus is tender. Drizzle with remaining oil and the lemon juice; sprinkle with cheese and lemon aest. Toss to combine.

TUSCAN BAKED TOMATOES
Steps:
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. In the bowl of a food processor, combine the parsley, garlic, red-pepper flakes, and breadcrumbs. Pulse until breadcrumb mixture is combined.
- Remove all of the seeds and juice from the tomatoes. Using a spoon, fill the remaining tomato flesh with the breadcrumb mixture. Place the stuffed tomatoes in a shallow baking dish.
- Drizzle tomatoes with oil; season with salt and pepper. Add 1/2 cup water to bottom of baking dish. Cover dish tightly with foil.
- Bake tomatoes until they are tender and the stuffing has cooked through, about 45 minutes.
- Heat broiler. Remove baking dish from oven; remove aluminum foil. Broil until crisp and slightly browned, 2 to 3 minutes. Serve.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Cut a thin slice off the top of each tomato. Scoop out pulp, leaving a 1/2-in. shell. Invert shells onto paper towels to drain. Mix stuffing ingredients except parsley; spoon stuffing into tomatoes. Sprinkle with parsley. , Place tomatoes in a baking dish; cover with aluminum foil to prevent over-browning of stuffing. Bake until tomatoes are tender and stuffing is hot, about 30 minutes.
