TWISTY ITALIAN PASTA SALAD
I also like this pasta salad served over a small bed of lettuce.

Steps:
- 1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
- 2. Rinse pasta with cold water until pasta has cooled.
- 3. Combine pasta, tomatoes, olives, chick peas, cucumber, carrot and bell pepper into a large bowl.
- 4. Pour one bottle of Zesty Italian Dressing onto pasta salad.
- 5. Serve immediately or cool in refrigerator for at least two hours so the flavors can marinate to enrich its flavor. I also like this pasta salad served over a small bed of lettuce. *NOTE: Make sure you get Zesty Italian Dressing. It's just not the same if it's not Zesty.

- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil; cook rotini at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 minutes; drain and rinse with cold water until cool.
- Combine pasta, salami, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, onion, salad dressing, olives, and mozzarella cheese in a large bowl. Mix dry salad dressing into pasta; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

- Add the remaining salad ingredients to the bowl with the pasta: broccoli, tomatoes, bell pepper, pepperoni, red onion, black olives, feta cheese and parsley.
- Prepare the Italian dressing: Slice the tomato in half. Rub the inside edges (non-peel side) against a coarse grater over a small bowl. Grate all of the tomato's interior (juices and flesh) into the bowl, then discard the peel. Whisk in the remaining dressing ingredients until smooth. Pour dressing over the pasta bowl.

- Add salad dressing, celery, tomatoes, olives, basil and oregano. Stir to fully combine. Add mozzarella cheese on top and mix again.
- Cover bowl with lid or plastic wrap and place in refrigerator to chill (at least an hour, can be overnight).
