ULTIMATE CHEESE BISCUITS - MUFFINS
EXTRA FLAVORS of a few spices add a little zip to these EASY biscuits-muffins. NO ROLLED out dough! Just drop batter into greased muffin tin and watch these pretty biscuits rise! Wow your guests!!

Steps:
- In a medium size bowl, combine flour, cheese, onion powder, garlic powder, and cayenne powder.
- Stir in mayonnaise and milk - just until moistened. Important: do not overstir.
- Pour into well greased muffin tin until two-thirds full. Fill 12 muffin slots.
- Bake in a 425 degree oven for 12-15 minutes or until light brown. (Good tip for any leftover biscuits - cut biscuits in half and turn down into melted butter in a skillet. Grill until golden brown. Good for breakfast.).

Steps:
- In bowl stir together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- In another bowl stir in cheese,yogurt, butter and eggs.
- Add this mixture to dry ingriendents and stir just enough to moistened.
- This batter will be stiff.
- Fill greased muffin tin with batter.
- Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes.
- Makes 12.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease 12 large muffin cups.
- Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda together in a large mixing bowl; stir Cheddar cheese into the flour mixture. Pour yogurt, eggs, and butter over the flour mixture; stir until the dry ingredients are just moistened. Spoon the batter into the prepared muffin cups.
- Bake in the preheated oven until the tops just start to lightly brown, 18 to 20 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine milk, melted butter, egg& cayenne.
- In a second bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, sugar& salt.
- Stir in cheese.
- Add flour mixture to milk mixture and stir batter until it is just combined.
- The batter should be lumpy.
- Spoon the batter into muffin tins (buttered or lined) filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake 20- 25 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 375°; grease a 12-cup muffin pan.
- Divide the Parmesan cheese between the prepared muffin cups.
- Tap and shake pan so the cheese evenly coats sides and bottom of each cup.
- In a big bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper; stir in the Cheddar cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk together egg, butter, and mustard until well blended.
- Whisk in milk and sour cream until blended.
- Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and stir until just blended.
- Divide batter equally among prepared muffin cups.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until tops are golden brown and a pick comes out clean.
- Let cool in pan on a wire rack for 3 minutes, then transfer to the rack to cool.
