- In large heat resistent bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Whisk in yogurt. Fold in thawed whipped topping. Pour mixture innto pie shell. Refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours. Note: Make this pie any flavor -- Just match yogurt flavor to color and flavor of jello mix. Ideas include cherry, strawberry -- or even mix flavors to come up with a flavor combo you like best! Nutritional information per serving 3 points per serving according to weight watchers: 148 calories. 3.5gfat. 1g fiber.
JELLO AND YOGURT PIE
This is light, healthy and delicious. A great summer dessert. Although this is fantastic in a graham cracker pie crust, I think it would be good using Vanilla wafers too. Also, it is wonderful without the pie crust, just add some fresh fruit and you have an awesome pudding. NOTE: Match or mix the jello and yogurt flavors.

Delicious. You may use any flavor yogurt you like. With all the varieties they are some great pies to be made. I use Blue Bunny yogurt. I love the coconut creme. The whole pie is 8 points.

- In a small saucepan, sprinkle gelatin over 1/4 cup of water; let stand for 1 minute. Stir over low heat to dissolve gelatin.
