Steps:
- Mix the cream cheese, ranch dressing mix and the black pepper together thoroughly.
- Spread the mixture on the tortillas, and then sprinkle over the diced bell peppers and green onions. Roll up tightly, wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate until party time (for at least 1 hour).
- Slice into small wheels and serve.
YUMMY TORTILLA ROLL-UPS
A co-worker shared this wonderful recipe with me years ago and it is one that I use often for get-togethers when I need to bring an appetizer. Enjoy.

Steps:
- 1. Mix sour cream and cream cheese well with a hand mixer.
- 2. Add remaining ingredients except for flour tortillas and mix well.
- 3. Spread mixture evenly over each tortilla.
- 4. Roll each tortilla, jelly roll fashion, and wrap in plastic wrap.
- 5. Chill until firm.
- 6. Cut into 1-inch slices and serve with salsa of choice.
CHEESY ONION ROLL-UPS
