- Preheat oven to 375F degrees.
- Combine flour, oats, baking powder and salt.
- In separate bowl, beat white sugar and butter until blended.
- Whisk in cinnamon applesauce, egg, and vanilla.
- Add flour mixture to applesauce mixture and stir until well blended.
- In small bowl, combine chunky applesauce, raisins, brown sugar, and cinnamon.
- Spoon half of oat mixture into sprayed 8-inch baking pan; pour raisin filling over top, and spoon remaining oat mixture over filling, spreading evenly.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until lightly browned; cool on wire rack.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Whisk applesauce, brown sugar, white sugar, egg white, oil, milk, and vanilla extract together.
- Stir flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt together in a separate bowl; add to the applesauce mixture. Stir in oats and chocolate chips. Spread dough evenly into an ungreased 9x13-inch baking pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into 16 bars.

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the butter, brown sugar and egg until smooth. Stir in applesauce. Combine the flour, baking soda, salt and pumpkin pie spice; stir into the applesauce mixture until well blended. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until edges are golden. Cool in the pan over a wire rack.
- In a small bowl, mix together the confectioners' sugar and margarine. Stir in vanilla and milk until smooth. Spread over cooled bars before cutting into squares.
