I especially enjoy this great pick-me-up drink after I have spent hours working out in the yard. By adding ice cubes while blending, I make a slushy version, which is refreshing in the summer, when friends stop by or I'm just sitting on the porch relaxing. -Frann Clark, DeRidder, Louisiana

- In a blender, combine the juices, strawberries and sugar. Cover and process until smooth. Transfer to a pitcher; stir in water. Serve in chilled glasses over ice.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x9 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in butter, milk, vanilla and egg until smooth. Fold in raspberries. Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake in preheated oven 35 to 40 minutes, until top is firm.

BERRY COBBLER
Steps:
- For the filling: Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Lightly grease an 8-inch square baking dish or 9-inch cast-iron skillet with butter.
- Put the berries in a large bowl, then add the granulated sugar, flour, cinnamon, vanilla, salt and butter and toss together until well coated. Pour into the baking dish. Set aside.
- For the batter: Whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, butter and egg in a bowl to form a stiff batter. Drop the batter by the spoonful over the prepared berries, then bake until golden and bubbling at the edges, about 35 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving. Serve with whipped cream.
BERRY AMAZING COOLER
Steps:
- In a large heatproof pourable container, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add juices and vodka, if using, and stir to combine. Pour over ice cubes into tall glasses and garnish with peach or pear slices.
TRIPLE BERRY COBBLER
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Combine berries, cinnamon, and lemon juice in a 9 by 13-inch baking pan.
- Combine flour, 3/4 cup sugar, and baking powder in medium mixing bowl and stir. Add milk and butter while stirring. Pour mixture over berries until covered.
- Combine cornstarch and 1/2 cup sugar in small mixing bowl and stir. Sprinkle mixture over batter.
- Remove boiling water from heat and slowly pour over entire pan. Place baking pan into oven and bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Remove from oven, allow to cool slightly, and serve warm.

- In blender container combine berries and apple juice concentrate.
- Cover and blend until smooth.
- Pour into pitcher and slowly stir in carbonated water.
- Pour over ice cubes or Berry Ice Cubes in tall, chilled glasses.
- Serve immediately.
- Optional: Fill 2 ice-cube trays with fresh berries, add water and freeze until firm.
- Add to cooler as a substitute for ice cubes.
CHUG A LUG KIWI BERRY COOLER

- In a large mixing glass muddle 1 kiwi, 1/2 cup muddled strawberries and 1/2 cup blackberries. Fill halfway with ice, wine, orange-flavored liqueur, lemon juice and simple syrup. Shake and pour into 2 nice big wine glasses filled with ice. Garnish with kiwi and strawberries slices.
