- In deep fryer or 2-quart heavy saucepan, heat 2 to 3 inches oil to 375°F. Place one of the Coating Flavors into a brown paper lunch bag (about 10 3/4 x 5 inches) or medium bowl.
- Lightly spoon Bisquick mix into measuring cup; level off with straight edge of knife. Add to medium bowl along with remaining Doughnut Hole ingredients; mix just until dough forms. Work with half of the dough at a time; cover and refrigerate remaining half of dough. Shape dough into 1-inch balls. Sprinkle fingers and hands with Bisquick mix if they get sticky. Carefully drop balls, 5 or 6 at a time, into hot oil. Fry 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown all around; drain on paper towels. Immediately gently shake 2 or 3 doughnut holes at a time in bag, or roll in coating in bowl. Repeat with refrigerated dough.

COOKIES AND CREAM-STUFFED DOUGHNUTS RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:
- Pour the cookies into a ziplock bag, fasten, and bash into crumbs using a rolling pin.
- Pour half of the cookie crumbs into a bowl and mix with the cream cheese. Set aside.
- Prepare the doughnut mixture by combining the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. Make a well in the middle of the dry ingredients.
- Add the milk, melted butter, and sunflower oil into the well of dry ingredients.
- Mix together with a fork until a dough is formed. Start rolling the dough into golf ball-size balls and then flatten using your thumb.
- Spoon in a teaspoon of the cream cheese mixture and a square of chocolate. Close the dough with your hands, pinching the seams if necessary, and roll into a ball.
- Heat up the liter of sunflower oil in a pan until it reaches 375°F (190.5°C).
- Deep-fry the doughnut balls for about 4-5 minutes, until golden brown. Then leave donuts to drain and cool on a wiring rack or paper towel.
- Drizzle over the melted white chocolate and remaining half of the cookie crumbs.

BISQUICK COOKIES AND CREAM FILLED DONUTS
This easy bisquick recipe is a cheaters way to donuts. Quick and easy. Was at work and again was left without a dessert to serve. What is midnight doing if they are not doing prep work like desserts.

- 1. Mix together in a large bowl, bisquick, baking powder and water and set a side to raise 10 minutes.
- 2. Mix together in a medium bowl the crushed cookies and cream cheese.
- 3. Roll bisquick dough into 15 balls. Flatten each ball. Add a heaping tablespoon of filling to each flattened ball and wrap the bisquick around filling. seal shut.
- 4. heat oil to to hot and drop three at a time into the hot oil and fry until brown and done inside.
- 5. remove from oil and roll in powdered sugar and set a side. repeat until all are made.
- 6. NOTE: If you find they are not quite done inside you can microwave the powered donuts for 1 minute.

- Heat oven to 425°F. Spray mini doughnut pan with cooking spray.
- In medium bowl, stir together Bisquick mix, 2 tablespoons sugar, the nutmeg, milk, egg and vanilla with spoon until blended. Spoon batter into pan, using about 1 tablespoon for each doughnut.
- Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Remove doughnuts from pan to cooling rack; cool 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in small bowl, mix 1/4 cup sugar and the cinnamon.
- Dip tops of doughnuts in melted butter, then dip in cinnamon-sugar. Serve warm.

- Microwave water and butter in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 45 sec. or until butter is melted; pour into large mixing bowl. Stir in buttermilk. Add egg; mix well.
- Combine sugar, yeast and 2 cups flour. Add to buttermilk mixture; beat on low speed with electric mixer fitted with paddle attachment 5 min.
- Add salt; beat 2 min. Add remaining flour; beat on low speed 1 min. or just until blended.
- Transfer dough to separate large bowl sprayed coated with cooking spray; cover with damp towel. Let rise in warm place 1 hour or until dough is doubled in volume.
- Divide dough into 16 pieces; roll each into ball. Place, 4 inches apart, on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; lightly spray tops of balls with additional cooking spray. Cover. Let rise in warm place 45 min.
- Place wire cooling rack on paper towel-covered baking sheet. Heat oil to 350°F in Dutch oven or large saucepan. Carefully add 4 dough balls, 1 at a time, to hot oil; cook 2 min. or until donuts are golden brown, turning after 1 min.
- Use slotted spoon to transfer donuts to prepared wire rack; cool completely.
- Add chocolate and coffee to COOL WHIP in medium bowl; stir gently until blended. Partially cut each donut horizontally in half; fill with COOL WHIP mixture, adding about heaping 1 Tbsp. COOL WHIP mixture to each donut.
