Steps:
- In a large pan heat oil, add onions, salt and sugar. Cook over low heat stirring often until onions caramelize. Remove onions from pan and cool.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Find seam on French loaf and unroll into a rectangle. Spread onions evenly, top with peppers (if desired) and then cheese. Roll loaf back up and pinch seam closed. Place on a greased sheet pan seam side down. Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

- Preheat oven to 400°. Unroll pizza dough onto a baking sheet. Layer with ham, chicken and cheese to within 1/2 in. of edges. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a long side; pinch seam to seal and tuck ends under. Brush with melted butter. , Bake until crust is dark golden brown, 18-22 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. If desired, serve with Alfredo sauce for dipping.
