Broccoli Supreme with Stuffing image

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the flour, soup and sour cream. Stir in the carrot, onion and pepper. Fold in the broccoli. , Transfer to a greased 2-1/2-qt. baking dish. Combine stuffing and butter; sprinkle over top. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 50-60 minutes or until bubbly and heated through.

  • In large saucepan prepare noodles according to package directions.
  • Add broccoli for last five minutes of cooking time. Drain.
  • In same pan mix soup, sour cream, cheese, pepper, garlic powder, and noodle mixture. Over medium heat, heat through, stirring occasionally.

  • Cook the noodles according to package directions.
  • Add the broccoli for the last 5 minutes of cooking time.
  • Drain the noodle mixture well and return to saucepan.

  • Cook broccoli, 5 minutes, drain and set aside. Saute mushrooms and onion in 2 tablespoons butter until onion is tender; set aside.
