Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. On a lightly floured surface, roll dough to fit a 12-in. pizza pan; fold under or flute edge. Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon in a bowl. Add apples and toss. Arrange apples in a single layer in a circular pattern to completely cover crust. Combine the first 5 topping ingredients; sprinkle over apples. , Bake until apples are tender, 35-40 minutes. Remove from the oven and immediately drizzle with caramel topping or dip. Serve warm with ice cream if desired.

  • Press cookie dough into a greased 14-in. pizza pan. Bake at 350° for 15-18 minutes or until deep golden brown. Cool on a wire rack. Run a large flat spatula under crust to loosen from pan. , In a bowl, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, brown sugar and milk until smooth. Spread over the cooled crust. In a bowl, combine the apples and soda; drain well. Toss apples with cinnamon; arrange over cream cheese. Drizzle with the caramel topping and sprinkle with pecans. Cut into wedges.

  • Divide dough into 2 portions so that 1 is slightly larger than the other; wrap and refrigerate 1 hour or overnight., Roll out larger portion of dough between 2 pieces of waxed paper into a 18x13-in. rectangle. Remove top sheet of waxed paper; place a 15x10x1-in. baking pan upside down over crust. Lifting with waxed paper, carefully invert crust into pan. Remove waxed paper; press crust onto bottom and up sides of pan. Allow to chill while preparing filling. , In a Dutch oven, mix sugar and flour; stir in apples, cranberries, orange zest and spices. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 10-12 minutes or until apples are tender and juices are thickened, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat; stir in raspberries.
