- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in the shredded cheeses, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder and Worcestershire sauce. Shape mixture into two logs, about 6 in. long. GOAT CHEESE WITH FRESH DILL

Steps:
- Place the packages of goat cheese into the freezer to slightly harden, about 15 minutes.
- Finely chop the dill and spread it out a bit on the cutting board to let it dry for a few minutes.
- Remove the goat cheese from the packaging. Gently roll it over the fresh dill, coating it almost completely. It should look lovely and "mossy."
- Carefully wrap the roll snugly in plastic wrap and chill until it's time to serve. Serve with crackers.
RANCH DRESSING CHEESE LOG
Steps:
- In a stand mixer, beat together the cream cheese, mayonnaise, buttermilk and dressing mix. Add the Cheddar cheese and continue beating until thoroughly blended. Wrap the mixture in plastic wrap and place it in the freezer for 30 minutes. When firm, shape the wrapped cheese mixture into a log. Spread the pecans out on a baking sheet or a piece of wax paper. Unwrap the cheese log and roll it in the nuts to coat it on all sides. Serve with crackers or bagel chips.
CHRISTMAS TREE CHEESE BALL

- Add the cream cheese, Cheddar, cayenne, Worcestershire, scallions, lemon juice and some salt and pepper to the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until the mixture is almost smooth; you still want a few bits of cheese in there. Remove with a rubber spatula to a piece of plastic wrap and wrap up the cheese mixture. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Shape the cheese mixture with your hands into a Christmas tree/cone using the plastic wrap to keep it together. Mix the chopped parsley and dill together on a plate or work surface. Coat the shaped cheese in the chopped herbs.
- Transfer the cheese tree to the center of a platter. Decorate with the pomegranate seeds as ornaments. Serve with buttery crackers.

- Add herbs to a medium bowl and whisk to combine. Remove 1 1/2 teaspoons to use in pecan coating. To the remaining herbs stir in lemon zest and garlic. Add goat cheese and stir to evenly combine.
- Add this cheese mixture to a large piece of plastic wrap and form into the shape of a log. Wrap in plastic wrap and freeze 20-30 minutes. We want the cheese log slightly firm so it holds its shape but is still soft enough for the Coating to be pressed into it.
- Line counter with a large piece parchment paper. Add pecans and reserved 1 1/2 teaspoons herbs and stir to combine. Spread Coating into a single layer square a little larger than the length of the cheese log.
- Add cheese log to the edge of the Coating and roll in Coating (see photos) until evenly coated, pressing coating into the cheese so it sticks. The cheese log can be refrigerated at this point until ready to serve or serve immediately.
