- 1. STEP ONE: Preheat Oven @ 350 degrees Step one Ingredients; Mix in Medium Bowl. Set aside 1 cup The remaining Mixture Press in 9 X 13 baking dish. Bake for 5 Minutes.
- 2. Step Two: Whip cream in a small bowl until stiff. Fold in Vanilla. Spread over the Crumb Mixture above.
- 3. Step 3: Sprinkle Mini Marshmallows over step 2, Whipped Cream.
- 4. Step 4: Cover Step 3 (Mini Marshmallows) with Pie Filling. Sprinkle reserved Cup of Crumb Mixture over Pie Filling. Press down Lightly. Chill several Hrs or Over Night. Serves 8-10 in 9 x 13 dish. Kitchen Helper tip: you can use any of your Favorite Pie Fillings; Raspberry, Blueberry, Etc. instead of Cherry.

- Set aside 1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs for topping. Place the remaining crumbs in a bowl; stir in butter until combined. Press into a greased 9-in. square baking pan. Bake at 350° for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely., Spread pie filling over crust. Fold marshmallows into the whipped cream; spread over filling. Sprinkle with the reserved crumbs. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours.

- Remove the pits and stems from the cherries, and place them in a medium saucepan. Add 1 cup of water, and set the pan over medium-high heat. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes. Set aside to cool.
- Puree the contents of the saucepan in a blender or food processor, then strain into a fine-mesh sieve set over a medium bowl. Measure out 1/2 a cup of cherry puree and place in the refrigerator to chill. Reserve the rest (if any) for another recipe, or discard.
- Brush the bottom and sides of a 9x13 baking pan with a thin coat of vegetable oil or nonstick cooking spray. Sift a layer of confectioners sugar over the oil. Set the pan aside.
- Place the chilled cherry puree in the bottom of the bowl of a stand mixer. Sprinkle the gelatin over the puree, and stir with a whisk so that all of the gelatin is moistened. Set aside.
