Steps:

Mix corn, Cheddar cheese, creamy salad dressing, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, red onion, milk, and black pepper together in a bowl. Fold corn chips into salad right before serving to retain crunch.

1 (10 ounce) package frozen corn, thawed
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 cup creamy salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip®)
½ red bell pepper, diced
½ green bell pepper, diced
¼ red onion, diced
milk, or as needed
ground black pepper to taste
¼ cup corn chips (such as Fritos®), or to taste

Mix all the ingredients except the chips.
Add the chips in before serving otherwise the chips will get soggy.
Red peppers are expensive so you can just use green instead.

Spicy Frito Corn Salad image

Steps:

In a large bowl, stir to combine corn, roasted red peppers, green bell pepper, chopped jalapeno, chopped red onion, scallions, mayonnaise, adobo sauce, lime juice and chopped Fritos. Season to taste with salt and pepper and transfer to a serving dish.
Garnish with 1/4 cup chopped roasted red bell peppers, sliced jalapeno pepper, cilantro leaves and cojita cheese.

Drain canned corn. Dice peppers and green onion. Put in a large bowl and add mayonaise , you could increase this to 1 cup and cheese. Just before serving add the Fritos. The recipe calls for chili cheese Fritos.

In a large bowl, combine corn, peppers, and black beans. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayo, sour cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Combine with vegetables.
