Steps:

  • In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, onion and garlic salt. Shape into a disk; transfer to a serving plate., In a small saucepan, combine butter, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Cook and stir over medium heat 4-5 minutes or until sugar is dissolved. Stir in pecans; cool slightly. Spoon over cheese mixture. Serve with crackers.

Steps:

  • put 3 tbs of butter or margarine into microwaveable cup and microwave for 20 seconds or until melted.
  • put 4 tbs of cream cheese in with butter, mix.
  • when cheese and butter are about half way mixed, add 1 tbs of sugar.
  • when mixed throughly, add the other tablespoon of sugar and blend throughly.
  • chill mixture in freezer for 10 minutes, or chill in refridgerator for an hour (recomended).
  • stir with butter knife, then spread evenly onto crackers.

3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine
4 tablespoons cream cheese
2 tablespoons sugar
8 Ritz crackers

  • Wash and cut the radishes into wafer-thin slices. Spread the cream cheese on the slices of bread. Press 3 sprigs of watercress into the cream cheese on each slice of bread. Top each with a few slices of radish and salt lightly. Serve open-faced.
