Mix cream cheese and cream of coconut in large bowl with whisk until blended.
Stir in COOL WHIP.
Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.

Steps:

1. Mix cream cheese and cool whip in large with wire whisk until well blended. Add Coco Real Cream of Coconut. Stir gently until well blended. Refrigerate at least 2 hours or until well chilled. Serve with your favorite fresh fruit slices or graham Crackers.

Puree 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut cream, 1/2 cup peanut butter, 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce, 1 tablespoon each sambal oelek (Asian chili sauce), rice vinegar and honey, 2 teaspoons grated ginger and 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt in a blender until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and top with chopped peanuts and cilantro; serve with cucumber and carrot sticks.
