CREAMY CUCUMBER CRUNCH

Steps:
- Remove several strips of peel from each cucumber; cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out seeds and thinly slice each half crosswise. Toss cucumbers with salt in a large bowl; set aside for 30 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients in a separate large bowl; mix well and set aside. Drain cucumbers, pressing to remove as much liquid as possible. Pat dry with paper towels. Add to radish mixture and toss until evenly coated. Cover and chill for at least one hour to overnight.

- In a bowl, mix the mayonnaise, milk, sugar, and vinegar until smooth. Place cucumber slices in the bowl, and toss to coat with the dressing. Season with salt and pepper. Chill 30 minutes in the refrigerator before serving.
