Crock Pot Pork Chops For 2 Recipes

Steps:

• 1. Chop onions and place in Crock Pot Add Baby Carrots. (I microwaved mine for one minute)
• 2. flour and pan fry chops. Remove and place on top of onion and carrots.
• 3. make gravy following package directions. I added a little of the pan drippings.
• 4. Pour gravy over top in the crock pot. Cover and cook for 3 hours on high.

Steps:

• In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, chicken broth, garlic, paprika, garlic powder, poultry seasoning, oregano, and basil. Pour into the slow cooker. Cut small slits in each pork chop with the tip of a knife, and season lightly with salt and pepper. Place pork chops into the slow cooker, cover, and cook on High for 4 hours. Baste periodically with the sauce.

Steps:

• 1. spray bottom of crock lightly with veg oil. Add sliced potatoes covering the booton, over that put chopped onion and sprinkle with garlic powder and cajun seasoning.
• 2. lay porkchops over top of that and sprinkle with garlic powder and cajun seasoning. Mix the the cream of mushroom soup with the liquid then pour over the stuff in crock pot. then top with a light sprinkle of cajun seasoning. adds a nice glow to the pale soup.
• 3. set crock to high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. serve with a veggie and you have a complete meal

Steps:

• Spread a thin layer of barbeque sauce on the bottom of a slow cooker. Alternately layer pork chops with barbeque sauce, pouring the remainder of the bottle over the top of the final layer of chops.
• Cook on HIGH setting for 3 to 4 hours, or all day on LOW setting.
