Easy Double Chocolate Nut Clusters Crock Pot Recipes
SLOW COOKER CHOCOLATE CANDY

Steps:
- Put the peanuts in the bottom of a 4-quart slow cooker. Layer the chocolate over the peanuts, beginning with the sweet chocolate, followed by the chocolate chips and then the almond bark. Set the temperature on low and cook for 3 hours. Do not stir the mixture. After 3 hours, stir the mixture with a wooden spoon until smooth. Drop the candy into cupcake pan liners using about 2 tablespoons per liner. Allow the candy to cool completely before removing the cupcake liners.

- Combine white chocolate, peanuts, chocolate chips, and German chocolate in a slow cooker.
- Cook on High for 1 hour, without stirring. Reduce heat to Low, stir, and cook for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Drop spoonfuls of chocolate-peanut mixture onto waxed paper and let cool and harden, 30 to 45 minutes.

- In a 3-qt. slow cooker, combine the candy coating, chocolate chips and German chocolate. Cover and cook on high for 1 hour. Reduce heat to low; cover and cook 1 hour longer or until melted, stirring every 15 minutes. , Stir in peanuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let stand until set. Store at room temperature.

- Use a 3-quart crock pot or bigger. Add one pound of lightly salted dry roasted peanuts. Add 12 oz. of chocolate chips or chunks (See the discussion in tips about variations.) Top with 1 pound of vanilla almond bark (broken up) or candy melts.
- Cook on low with the cover on. DO NOT cook on high. Crock pots can vary, so check the chocolate at 90 minutes into cooking. It is done when you can mix everything completely. It will take about 2 hours normally.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes to firm up slightly. Then spoon heaping spoonfuls onto parchment paper. Try not to make them too big. It is candy, not cookies.
