ITALIAN TURKEY MEATLOAF
Give this easy turkey meatloaf a quick Italian makeover using marinara sauce and Italian breadcrumbs and you'll have one big, perfect meatball for the whole family.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Combine turkey, bread crumbs, eggs, onion, Parmesan cheese, and pepper in a large bowl. Fold in 1 cup marinara sauce.
- Pat turkey mixture firmly into a 8x4-inch loaf pan using wet hands. Pour remaining marinara sauce on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven until meatloaf is no longer pink in the center, about 1 hour. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C). Let stand 20 minutes before cutting.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Place garlic, carrots and onion in a food processor; pulse until finely chopped. Add beans; process until blended. In a large bowl, combine oats, milk, half of the tomato paste, 1-1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning, seasoned salt and black bean mixture. Add turkey; mix lightly but thoroughly., Shape into a loaf and place in an 11x7-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake, uncovered, 30 minutes., Combine water with the remaining tomato paste and Italian seasoning; spread over meat loaf. Bake 10-15 minutes longer or until a thermometer reads 165°. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.

Steps:
- 1. In a large bowl place the meatloaf ingredients (minus the turkey and sausage) and mix well.
- 2. Add the meats and mix well. I do this with my hands.
- 3. Place the meatloaf mix in a well greased pan. I line mine with parchment paper. Pat down to shape loaf in to desired shape.
- 4. Mix the glaze ingredients in a small bowl and frost the top of the meatloaf. Add some extra freshly ground pepper on top if you desire.
- 5. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour 30 minutes. Turn up heat to 450 degrees the last 10 minutes to crisp and brown.
- 6. Remove from oven and rest on a hot pad for at least 20 minutes before slicing.

- 2. In a medium skillet over medium heat, add the remaining oil. Add onion and celery and cook until softened, 5 minutes. Stir in garlic and oregano and cook until fragrant, 1 minute. Let mixture cool slightly.
- 3. In a large bowl, combine turkey, vegetable mixture, almond flour, Parmesan, pancetta, eggs, ketchup and season with salt and pepper. Shape into a loaf in baking dish and cover the top of loaf with ketchup.
- 4. Bake until meatloaf is cooked through and center reads 165°F, about an hour. Let meatloaf rest for at least 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
