Ina Garten's Baked Brie for Food Network makes a near-effortless, crowd-pleasing appetizer.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place the brie on a sheet pan covered with parchment paper and drizzle with the honey. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, or until it starts to ooze but not melt.
- Serve with crackers.
FABULOUS BAKED BRIE
A VP at my company "wowed" us with this at a potluck lunch one day...he had to supply 12 copies of the recipe for all of us. Absolutely delicious.

Steps:
- Mix last 5 ingredients and spread on brie.
- Wrap brie in either puff pastry (Pepperidge Farm or Gainsborough) or your own pastry.
- Place on cookie sheet, brush with egg yolk.
- Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes.
- Reduce to 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes until crust is golden brown.
- Variations: The filling can be changed from apple& raisin to mushroom& garlic or winter pesto.
