A one-pot dish of green beans, red new potatoes, onions, and ham steak. My husband loves this and would eat it every night if he could.

- Place ham steak, potatoes, green beans, onion, and butter in a large pot with just enough water to cover. Season with salt and pepper; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes.

AMAZING HAM, GREEN BEANS AND NEW POTATOES
This recipe is a result of taking a childhood favorite of mine and incorporating a seasoning from another recipe to create an amazing result. I can't stop eating this. I keep going back for more it's so good it's addicting!

Steps:
- 1. Mix together brown sugar, soy sauce, butter and garlic powder together till smooth. set aside.
- 2. Layer ham, green brans, potatoes and minced onion in crockpot.
- 3. Pour butter mixture over the ham and green beans. Toss gently to coat everything. Cook on high for 2 hours or on low for 4 hours in a covered crock pot. Let cool enough to enjoy without burning your mouth if you can wait that long.

- Arrange a steamer basket in a pot over boiling water, and steam the green beans 3 to 4 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, garlic, garlic chili sauce, and honey.
- Heat the canola oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the green beans, and fry for 3 to 5 minutes. Pour in the soy sauce mixture. Continue cooking and stirring 2 minutes, or until the liquid is nearly evaporated. Serve immediately.

- Mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and red pepper flakes together in a small bowl. Pour over beans and cook until sauce thickens enough to coat beans, 3 to 5 minutes.
