GIANT OVEN BURGER
Holy cow--a burger big on taste with little fuss!

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F.
- Mix all ingredients except chili sauce and bread. Press beef mixture in ungreased pie plate, 9x1 1/4 inches. Spread chili sauce over top.
- Bake uncovered 45 to 50 minutes or until no longer pink in center; drain. Let stand 5 minutes.
- Cut bread crosswise in half. Carefully place burger between halves. Cut into wedges.

GIANT STUFFED PICNIC BURGER

- Combine beef, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Divide in half; pat each half into an 8-in. circle on waxed paper. Combine the remaining ingredients; spoon over one patty to within 1 in of the edge. Top with second patty; press edges to seal. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 12-13 minutes on each side or until the juices run clear. Cut into wedges.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Without separating rolls, cut each package of rolls horizontally in half; arrange bottom halves in 2 greased 13x9-in. baking pans. Sprinkle each pan of rolls with 1 cup cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, 3-5 minutes., In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until beef is no longer pink and onion is tender, breaking beef into crumbles, 6-8 minutes; drain. Stir in tomatoes, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Cook and stir until combined, 1-2 minutes., Spoon beef mixture evenly over rolls; sprinkle with remaining cheese. Top with bacon. Replace tops. For glaze, in a microwave-safe bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Microwave, covered, on high until butter is melted, stirring occasionally. Pour over rolls; sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake, uncovered, until golden brown and heated through, 20-25 minutes. Freeze option: Cover and freeze unbaked sandwiches; prepare and freeze glaze. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes before baking. Preheat oven to 350°. Pour glaze over buns and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake sandwiches as directed, increasing time by 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted and a thermometer inserted in center reads 165°.

GIANT STUFFED BEEF BURGER
These are easy and delicious cooked outside on the grill. The stuffing stays moist. Serve on a bed of lettuce for an attractive appearence.

Steps:
- Mix together the egg, stuffing mix, mushrooms, beef broth, green onion, parsley, butter, and lemon juice.
- Set aside.
- Combine meat and salt.
- Divide mixture in half.
- Pat each half into an 8 inch patty on sheets of waxed paper.
- Spoon stuffing over one meat patty to within 1 inch of the edge.
- Top with 2nd patty, peeling away waxed paper.
- Seal edges of the meat together.
- Invert meat patty onto a well greased wire grill basket, peeling away the last piece of waxed paper.
- Grill over med heat for 10 to 12 minutes.
- Turn and grill until done.
- Cut burger into wedges.
- Served with warm catsup if desired.
