FAVORITE GOLDEN CHICKEN NUGGETS
"My grandchildren all love chicken nuggets," writes Donna Louderback from Arkansas City, Kansas, "and they think this recipe tops those from the fast-food restaurants." For a fun dipping sauce, mix together 1/2 cup of mayonnaise with 1/2 cup of your favorite salsa.

Steps:
- In a shallow bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Place crackers in another shallow bowl. Dip chicken in mayonnaise mixture, then coat with cracker crumbs. , Place on a foil-lined baking sheet. Bake at 400° for 8-10 minutes on each side or until chicken is no longer pink.

Steps:
- Mix first 5 ingredients together in a bowl.
- Arrange bread in a single layer on the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch casserole dish.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread.
- Mix cinnamon and sugar together. Sprinkle over bread.
- Sprinkle raisins on top.
- Cover with foil and bake in a water bath at 400 degrees for 75 to 90 minutes.

ROASTED GOLDEN NUGGET SQUASH
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Cut each squash into 6 wedges and scoop out and discard seeds and strings. In a large shallow baking pan drizzle squash with oil, rubbing to coat flesh. Season squash with salt and pepper and arrange, cut edges down, in pan.
- Bake squash, turning it over halfway through baking, until tender, about 40 minutes.
BREAD PUDDING (FROM GOLDEN NUGGET CASINO) "BEST EVER"
Steps:
- Mix well: half-and-half, whipping cream, eggs, sugar and vanilla.
- Arrange bread on bottom of pan*. Pour mixture over bread. Mix cinnamon with sugar and sprinkle over bread. Spread raisins over top.
- Cover with foil and bake in water bath at 400 degrees F for 75-90 minutes.

The dough should be chilled until firm enough to shape into balls, but this time is not included in the prep time I have given.

- Cream together margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg and beat well.
- Add sifter flour, salt, cinnamon, vanilla, orange rind and juice. Mix well. Chill.
- Shape into 1" balls. Roll in nuts. Bake @ 325 degrees for about 20 minutes.
