Steps:

Measure salad dressing into a medium bowl. Gradually stir in the milk. Season with red pepper flakes, cumin, salt, garlic powder, and oregano, and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to blend. If you taste it right away, all you will taste is salad dressing.

Steps:

1. Combine all ingredients and refrigerate 24 hours. Thin with buttermilk.
2. Do NOT blend in blender.
3. Serve with tortilla chips and salsa, use as a salad dressing, top your nachos or any Mexican food dish with it. Would even be good as buffalo chicken wing dip.

Steps:

1. In the blender, add pickle, olives, and onion. Blend to a dip consistancy. Add the blue cheese, vinegar and mayonnaise and blend.
2. Add milk to thin. Keep refrigerated.
3. I use about a 6oz block of cheese. This recipe is a little vague. Hamlin owners probably wanted to keep it that way! However, it is worth trying! Yum! Adjust the cheese as you like, but the blue cheese is strong after it sits overnight, so don't over do it! ha
