Steps:
- Add butterscotch chips and peanut butter to a saucepan; over low heat, cook and stir until melted.
- In a big mixing bowl, add the marshmallows and chow mein noodles; stir to combine.
- Add the butterscotch mixture; stir to coat.
- Drop mixture by tablespoonfuls onto a cookie sheet lines with wax paper.
- Refrigerate for about 10 minutes or until set.

- 1. Melt 1 cup butterscotch chipits and 1/2 peanut butter in microwave-about 1 1/2 minutes. Remove from microwave and stir. Stir in chow mein noodles and marshmallows. Drop by teaspoon onto waxed paper lined cookie sheet. Chill until set.

- 1. Melt the butterscotch chips in your microwave, just watch closely not to overheat. I can't put a time on it as all microwaves are different. Just stir and check every few seconds, until it's melted and smooth.
- 2. Stir in the peanut butter. Mix the noodles and marshmallows together in a bowl. Add the butterscotch mixture and mix thoroughly.
- 3. Drop by heaping teaspoons onto a wax paper lined cookie sheet. Chill until set. Enjoy! (no need to refrigerate once set unless you want to) Store in air tight container or candy tin, These make a great surprise for friends and neighbors, a little something to make them smile!

- Melt 1 cup butterscotch chips and ½ cup peanut butter over hot water (not boiling). Put a little more in if you want. Remove from the heat
- Mix in the miniature marshmallows.
- Stir in chow mien noodles and nuts.
- Drop with tsp onto wax paper.
- Press together with fingers.

My grandmother's recipe says "Chinese noodles." These are the dry noodles that come in a can. I think one brand in her day was Chung King. They might be called chow mien noodles but you want the dry ones that come in a can. This is fast, easy, no baking, and very rich.

- 2. Remove from heat.
- 3. Stir in "Chinese noodles" and marshmallows.
- 4. Cover a cookie sheet with waxed paper and drop by spoonfuls onto the paper.
