Steps:
- Brown beef, drain excess fat. Stir in salt, beans, BBQ sauce and onion, heat until bubbly.
- Pour mixture into a 2-quart casserole.
- Cut biscuits in halves to form 20 half circles, place cut side down along the edge of the casserole on meat mixture.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake, uncovered at 375 for 25 to 30 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven 350 degrees. Brown the ground beef in a large pan with the onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
- 2. Stir in the beans BBQ sauce and half the cheese. Place in sprayed baking pan.
- 3. Place the biscuits around the edges of the casserole. Place the remaining cheese in the middle of the biscuits. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes

- Preheat oven to 425°F
- In large skillet, combine ground beef, celery, onion, bell pepper, and garlic; cook over med-hi heat until meat is browned and veggies are tender.
- Drain beef mixture and reduce heat to low; stir in tomato paste, water, paprika, and salt. Add both types of beans; simmer mixture, stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile, open biscuits and place on lightly floured surface; cut out and reserve centers.
- Reserve ½ cup of meat mixture; pour remaining mixture into 13x9-inch baking dish.
- Arrange biscuits, without centers, over hot mixture; spoon reserved meat mixture into center of biscuits and top with reserved biscuit holes. Bake for 15-25 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.

HUNGRY MAN'S BREAKFAST CASSEROLE
Grandma would be proud! This was a good dish to make the night before and refrigerate. Let it come to room temp while preheating the oven. I often seen this at Sunday Services Brunch when I was a child. Sitting all purdy next to a glass of orange juice. THAT was breakfast. Mmm, good.

- 1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees (F) and spray a baking dish (9x13) with cooking spray. Set aside.
- 2. In a skillet, cook and crumble sausage over med heat. Drain. Set aside.
- 3. In a large bowl, add stuffing, milk, sausage, onion and bell pepper. Mix well.
- 4. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and pour over the sausage mixture, followed by the cheddar cheese and stir together until well combined.
- 5. Pour everything into the prepared baking dish and bake, uncovered for 45 minutes, or until set and the color is nice and browned. Cover if the edges are getting too dark before end cook time.

I whipped this together for my hubby on a day in which I knew he'd be hungry when he arrived home. You'd of thought this took a lot of time and has a lot of fancy ingredients for as much as he raved about it! But, no--simple as can be!

- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a large baking pan with cooking spray. Add the crumbled onion rolls.
- 2. In a medium skillet melt the butter and stir in the brown sugar and red onion. Caramelize it for 6 minutes and set aside.
- 3. In a large skillet cook the ground beef until done. Drain and add the onions, bacon, alfredo sauce and garlic powder. Simmer for 1 minutes.
- 4. Pour half the meat mixture over the buns in baking pan. Top with the shredded Gruyere cheese and half the fries. Top with the rest of the meat mixture then the rest of the fries. Top with cheddar cheese.
- 5. Bake for 30 minutes.

- Heat oven to 425°F. Lightly spoon flour into measuring cup; level off. In large bowl, combine flour, baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt; mix well. With pastry blender or fork, cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Gradually stir in enough milk until mixture leaves sides of bowl and forms a soft, moist dough.
- On floured surface, gently knead dough 8 times. Roll dough to 1/4-inch thickness. Cut with floured 2 1/2-inch doughnut cutter. Reserve dough centers. Reroll dough to cut additional biscuits.
- Reserve 1/2 cup of beef mixture. Pour remaining hot beef mixture into ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish. Arrange biscuits without centers over hot beef mixture. Stir olives and almonds into reserved 1/2 cup beef mixture; spoon into center of each biscuit. Top each with biscuit centers.
