- Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In 10-inch skillet, cook beef, onion and salt over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, until beef is brown; drain. Spread in dish. Top evenly with frozen mixed vegetables.
- In medium bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk and eggs with wire whisk until blended. Pour into baking dish.
- Bake 30 minutes. Sprinkle evenly with cheese; bake 10 minutes longer or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cut into squares.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a deep-dish 9-inch pie dish.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef and onion in hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease. Spread ground beef mixture into the prepared pie dish.
- Blend milk, baking mix, eggs, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper together in a blender until smooth, about 15 seconds; pour over beef mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven until biscuit topping is lightly browned, about 25 minutes. Arrange tomato slices on biscuit topping; sprinkle with Cheddar cheese. Continue baking until cheese is melted, 5 to 8 more minutes. Cool 5 minutes before slicing.

- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Lightly grease 10-inch pie plate.
- Cook and stir beef and onion until brown; drain.
- Stir in salt and pepper, spread beef in pie plate.
- Sprinkle with cheese.
- Beat remaining ingredients until smooth, 15 seconds in blender on high speed or 1 minute with hand beater.
- Pour into pie plate.
- Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 30 minutes.

- 1. Lightly grease a 9x13 pan (or two pie pans) and set oven temperature to 400 degrees.
- 2. Cook and drain ground beef. Add onion soup mix and 3/4 cup of water, let simmer until liquid is gone.
- 3. In a separate pan, caramelize onions and add to hamburger mix.
- 4. In a mixing bowl add salt, pepper, milk, eggs and bisquick mix. Beat until batter is evenly mixed.
- 5. Take the hamburger mix and the shredded cheese to make two layers in your pan. Make sure there is a layer of cheese on top. Next, evenly pour the bisquick batter over the top of the hamburger and cheese layers.
- 6. Preheat oven to 400 degrees and let cook for 30 minutes.

I'm not sure where I found this recipe, but it's not the exact one from Bisquick. (Different measurements, etc.) It' really good and easy. I don't top with tomatoes, but that's all a matter of whether you like them or not. Prep time estimated.
