Steps:

• 1. Mix first four ingredienst together
• 2. Add Confectioner sugar 1 cup at a time. The candy will become real stiff. You will have to mix with your hands.
• 3. Press in a Pam sprayed 9x9 pan and put in refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Cut into 20 pieces. Store in refrigerator.

Steps:

• Line a 9-in. square pan with foil; butter the foil with 1/2 teaspoon butter and set aside. , In a microwave-safe bowl, melt candy coating; stir until smooth. Stir in peanut butter until melted. Transfer to prepared pan. Cool to room temperature. Cut into squares.

• Butter an 8x8x2 inch square pan. Set aside.
• In a 2 quart saucepan with a candy thermometer inserted, cook sugar, light corn syrup, milk, and salt, until thermometer reads 234 degrees F (112 degrees C). Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and peanut butter.
• Put peanut butter mixture in a large mixing bowl and beat until mixture begins to thicken. Pour into prepared pan. Chill until completely cooled. Cut into squares.

• Line a 15x10 jelly roll pan with foil and grease with butter. Combine sugar, half & half and butter in a large saucepan (4 to 5 qt.). Cook to a softball stage. (240 degrees F) (the total cooking process takes about 40 min.) Remove from heat. Add marshmallow cream, mix in, and then add peanut butter. When fudge is mixed well add vanilla. Pour Fudge into buttered pan and let cool. Remove from pan and cut into squares. Keep refrigerated.

• Mixing well, shape into 1/2-inch balls and roll in coconut.
