Steps:
- 1. Cut Fish into Serving Size Pieces.
- 2. Mix Butter and Lemon Juice together
- 3. In seperate Bowl, Mix, Flour, Salt and Pepper.
- 4. Dip fish in Butter mixtue. Then Coat fish with flour Mixture.
- 5. Place fish in ungreased baking dish (8X8X2 pan)
- 6. Pour remaining Butter Mixture over the fish, Sprinkle with Paprika.
- 7. BAKE @ 350 UNCOVERED in oven until fish flakes easily with fork. about 25-30 mi. depends on size of pieces of fish. Garnish with lemon, and serve wih Tartar sauce on the side. Menu Idea; Serve with Baked Taters, and Green Beans or Broccoli, or a cold Slaw.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Place 2 tablespoons butter in a microwave-safe bowl; melt in microwave on high, about 30 seconds. Stir buttery round crackers into melted butter.
- Place remaining 2 tablespoons butter in a 7x11-inch baking dish. Melt in the preheated oven, 1 to 3 minutes. Remove dish from oven.
- Coat both sides of cod in melted butter in the baking dish.
- Bake cod in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven; top with lemon juice, wine, and cracker mixture. Place back in oven and bake until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork, about 10 more minutes.
- Garnish baked cod with parsley and green onion. Serve with lemon wedges.

- 1. Cut cod fillets into serving sizes.
- 2. Melt butter in saucepan or microwave. Add lemon juice to melted butter.
- 3. In another dish, mix together flour, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Dip fish into butter/lemon mix, coating well on all sides.
- 5. Dip buttered cod into the flour mix, coating well on all sides. Shake excess flour off of the piece of fish.
- 6. Place coated cod fillets in an ungreased baking dish.
- 7. Drizzle remaining butter mixture over fish. Sprinkle the entire dish with paprika.
- 8. Bake, uncovered in a 350 oven for 25-30 minutes. Fish should flake easily with a fork.
