Steps:
- Combine flour, cornmeal and lemon pepper spice; set aside. In a separate bowl, lightly beat eggs.
- In a large frying pan, melt margarine over medium-high heat.
- Working one at a time, dip filets in egg and dredge in flour until well coated. Cook in hot margarine, turning once, until brown on both sides. Drain briefly on paper towels and serve.

- Preheat oven to 425°. Place tilapia in a 15x10x1-in. baking pan. In a microwave, melt butter; stir in lemon zest and juice. Drizzle over fish; sprinkle with garlic salt, paprika and pepper., Bake, uncovered, 10-12 minutes or until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork. Sprinkle with parsley.

AIR FRYER TILAPIA WITH FRESH LEMON PEPPER
Steps:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 3 minutes.
- While fryer is preheating, rinse tilapia fillets and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Combine lemon zest, olive oil, pepper, salt, and garlic in a bowl. Rub spice mixture over the tilapia. Sprinkle lightly with paprika. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the filets inside, coated side up.
- Air fry until fish can be flaked with a fork, 7 to 10 minutes. Do not crowd the fish filets; you may need to fry a second batch, depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Remove tilapia to a plate, garnish with chopped parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.

- In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the lemon juice, butter and Worcestershire sauce. Add the fish; seal bag and turn to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes, turning occasionally., Drain and discard marinade. Sprinkle fish with salt and lemon-pepper. Using long-handled tongs, moisten a paper towel with cooking oil and lightly coat the grill rack. - In a shallow dish combine flour, cornmeal, garlic powder, salt, and lemon pepper until well combined.
- Place the eggs in a shallow dish.
- Dip fish fillets into the eggs then dredge in the flour/cornmeal mixture until well coated.
- Heat butter with oil in a large skillet.
- Add in the fillets and fry until brown on both sides.
- Place the fish on a serving platter and top each fillet with 2 to 3 lemon slices if desired.

- Pour the juice of 5 lemons into a glass bowl; whisk in the sea salt and garlic. Add the catfish fillets, cover, and marinate in the refrigerator 1 to 4 hours.
- Preheat the oven's broiler for 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) and set the oven rack to the lowest position.
- Remove the catfish fillets from the marinade, and shake off excess; discard the remaining marinade. Place the fillets on a broiling pan; sprinkle with the lemon pepper seasoning, garlic and herb seasoning, and Creole seasoning. Arrange the lemon slices over the fillets.
- Broil in the preheated oven until the fish flakes easily with a fork, 12 to 15 minutes.
