This is a great light dessert; whenever it's served, seconds are requested. For variety, you could also use blueberry or lemon pie filling.

Steps:
- Crumble cookies into a 9x9 inch pan and set aside. In a medium bowl, whip cream and set aside.
- In a separate mixing bowl, whip together cream cheese and confectioners' sugar until smooth and fluffy. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture and spoon over crumbled cookies. Spread pie filling over top and refrigerate overnight.

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a small bowl, combine the flour, pecans and brown sugar. Stir in butter until crumbly. Lightly pat into an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. baking dish. Bake until golden brown, 18-20 minutes. Cool completely., For filling, in a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Carefully spread filling over crust. Top with pie filling. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

This is my mom's recipe. It is a family requested recipe that she usually makes for Christmas. She's even added green food coloring to the cool whip to give it the festive look.

Steps:
- Melt butter, pour into a 9 x 13 dish add graham cracker crumbs.
- Press in bottom of 9 x 13 forming a crust.
- Bake 350 degrees for 8 10 minutes.
- Let cool.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar with a mixer until smooth and creamy.
- Pour on top of cooled cracker crust smooth out.
- Pour cans of cherries on top of the cream cheese mixture then top the cherries with cool whip.

- Drain pineapple and reserve juice for topping. Dissolve jello in hot water. Then add cold water. Let partially set. Add crushed pineapple & banana slices and chill in refrigerator.
- While chilling in refrigerator, prepare topping. Cook pineapple juice, sugar, egg, flour and butter together on the stove. When thick, remove from heat and cool slightly. Fold in cream cheese. Whip prepared topping and fold into mixture. When completely cool, spread on jello mixture.

This is another Christmas favorite in my house! I used to have so much fun pressing the cherries onto each cookie when I was younger. These cookies are sweet and delicious, both with and without the nuts! Cook time is if you bake about a dozen at a time.

- Stir in Karo syrup and egg yolks; mix well.
- Mix in flour.
- Chill.
- Roll into 1 inch balls.
- Dip into slightly beaten egg whites and roll in chopped nuts.

- Press candied cherry halves into centers.
- Bake in 325 degree F oven for 20 minutes.
