My Secret Dill Sauce for Fish and Seafood image

Steps:

  • Combine mayonnaise with dill pickle and green onions.
  • Stir in dill weed, celery salt, Worcestershire sauce and lemon juice.
  • Cover and refrigerate at least 3 to 4 hours for flavors to blend.
  • Preparation time does not include chill time.

1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup finely chopped kosher dill pickle
2 green onions, with part of the tops,thinly sliced
1 teaspoon dill weed
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons lemon juice

SEVEN SISTERS SECRET SAUCE!!

A superb sauce with that Middle Eastern flavour from the Tahini. My six sisters-in-law tried to decide what was in the sauce! Hence the name...me being the seventh sister! Delicious in chicken sandwiches, over grilled meats and also as a dip.

Steps:

  • Put natural yogurt, mayonnaise and Tahini sauce in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
  • Add mustard, honey, lemon and stir.
  • Salt and pepper.
  • Add any of the ingredients again to suit your taste.

3 tablespoons plain yogurt
2 1/2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 1/2 tablespoons tahini, sauce
1/2-1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon honey
1/2 lemon, juice of
salt and pepper

Ok! here is my secret recipe for shrimp sauce. I have had many request for it. This recipe is not only good for shrimp or other seafoods but is also good for most anything your heart desires. Some examples are... fried rice,a salad dressing for salads,egg rolls, raw vegetables and just plain old chips. Keep chilled up to 2weeks, best flavor is the next day after making. My family loves it on everything. Hope you enjoy it as much as we do!

My Secret Shrimp Sauce Recipe image

Steps:

  • In a blender or food processor, add all the ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Store in a glass jar with lid.
  • Chill for a hour or overnight before serving.
  • Keep in refrigerator up to 2 weeks.
  • NOTE: If you want it to be alittle more of a hotter taste, add alittle more Tabasco sauce and another dash of white pepper.

1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1/4 cup water
1 3/4 tablespoons Heinz ketchup
1 teaspoon black pepper
6 teaspoons sugar
1 dash salt

Steps:

  • To prepare sauce, combine the first 6 ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring mixture to a boil. Reduce heat to medium; cook until reduced to 1/2 cup (about 11 minutes), stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
  • To prepare pork, combine chili powder, cinnamon, allspice, and salt, stirring well; rub evenly over pork. Cut pork crosswise into 12 slices.
  • Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add pork to pan; cook 4 minutes on each side or until desired degree of doneness. Serve with sauce.
